Coming from a rich background of work in Strategic consulting, organization development and community activism, with special attention to women’s rights, Ms. Ghaida Rinawie-Zoabi is the new director of the Academic Centre for Impact investing and Entrepreneurship at the Management College in Rishon L`Tzion. Until recently, she was the founding Executive Director of Injaz Center for Professional Arab Local Governance, a post she has held since 2008. Injaz is the leading Non -profit organization today on issues of municipal economic development and equal governmental budget allocation for Arab minority in Israel.
Ms. Rinawie-Zoabi is married and a mother of two, and holds an M.A. degree in literature and Organizational development from Haifa University and Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Currently, she is studying for a second MBA.
In a special issue published by the economic magazine The Marker at the end of 2011, Ghaida Rinawie-Zoabi was chosen as one of 100 “most influential persons in Israel”, and was described as a “social innovator”. In 2015 she was the first Arab woman to be awarded the “Israeli Good Governance” prize. In 2018 she was included at the Forbes- Israel list of “50 most influential women in Israel”.
