Gila Norich directs Social Finance Israel´s Impact Advisory Practice, which provides research and insight, impact strategy, and measurement tools to an array of clients – private fund managers, accelerators, institutional investors, government – looking to make practical strides in the field of impact investing. Previously, as Product Manager with the Impact Research and Innovation team at London-based ClearlySo, Europe´s leading impact investment bank, Gila co-developed an award-winning proprietary impact tool for private equity and venture capital investors to assess the impact of their portfolio companies. As an analyst with the Asset Owners Disclosure Project (AODP), Gila assessed the climate risk of global pension funds.
Having started her career in human rights and international development, Gila is passionate about advancing equality, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability in the Middle East. Gila holds an MBA from London Business School and earned her B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from Emory University and an M.A. in Near Eastern Studies from NYU. Alongside her role at SFI, Gila serves on the HQ team at Techfugees, a London-based enterprise connecting the international tech community to the needs of refugees.
