Storm Duncan is the Global Head of the firm’s Mobility Technology Group and the Joint Global Co-Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions for Jefferies. He has served as Strategic advisor to leading technology companies including Google (YouTube, DoubleClick, et al), Microsoft, SAP, Hewlett-Packard, Walmart.com, LG Semiconductor, Yelp, Intuit and VeriSign, amongst others. Storm has managed businesses ranging in size from startups to over $200 million of annual revenue. He was the CEO/Co-founder of two companies including a venture-backed start-up spun out of MIT that he transformed from a company with $500,000 of debt, no capital and a non-working product into a revenue-producing, venture-funded technology leader in its sector. Prior to leading these two companies, he served as the Head of Technology M&A, and a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Advisory Committee and Managing Director Evaluation Committee at Credit Suisse for over 13 years. Storm is a frequent speaker at technology industry events, guest lecturer at Harvard Law School and Stanford University, and co-authored and co-taught a course on mergers and acquisitions at Stanford Law School, and is frequently requested as a panelist for numerous industry conferences.
